Courtney’s Story, Pretty in Pink’s Purpose
I’m Courtney, a CrossFit-loving coach turned mama. I used to hear all the well-intentioned but totally unhelpful advice like “Just keep doing what you’re doing” or “Lift no more than 20 pounds.” That advice led me straight into injuries that stayed with me through pregnancy and beyond.
Those injuries changed everything for me. They made me obsessed with learning how to coach women in every season of life: before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and long after. My mission is to make sure no one else gets hurt because of outdated or careless advice.
Pretty in Pink Fitness is exactly that mission in action. It’s a safe, strong, unapologetic space for women to feel seen, supported, and capable instead of overlooked.
