If you are looking to work on your physical health, you seriously need to come to Pretty in Pink Fitness! They provide you with so many resources and guidance to help you on your health journey. ALL of the trainers here are so nice, professional, and incredibly motivating! Megan and Courtney are the trainers I work with the most and they are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care and want you to succeed in your fitness and health journey. The gym itself wonderful. It is such a comfortable and inviting space to come and workout. I use to hate going to gym, but now it’s something I actually look forward to doing everyday. Definitely prepare yourself to make some new friends! I can cannot recommend Pretty in Pink highly enough and would give it unlimited stars if I could!

This place is such a fresh breath of air for those seeking a safe refuge in a womens only gym. The trainers are so kind and welcoming and treat everyone like family. The gym itself is a cozy boutique gym meant for group and personal training, but they offer open gym as well for those that want to come in and work out on their own! A super welcoming and empowering place for women and mothers for sure.

"Let me tell you a little something about Courtney. She has a passion for what she does. I came in 6 months ago…as a mom of 5 desperate for a push forward, and that’s what I got. I knew she could sympathize with how I felt because she herself knows what it’s like to try to become physically strong again. If you’re looking for someone to encourage you in your physical wellbeing, it’s her. I became stronger as time progressed. These changes gave me the motivation I needed. I love that I saw her weekly and also had my workouts planned out for me at home. She will give you the fuel you need to be a better version of yourself."

If you want someone on your team to help you reach your fitness goals, Courtney at Moms Get Fit is going to be the one! I attended a breathwork workshop she was co-hosting and it was life changing! She taught me how I should be breathing not only while I'm working out, but also, in my daily life which has helped me reduce tension and stress in my body and immensely improved my workouts!!!

Courtney with Moms Get Fit has been awesome to work with. Not only does she have an incredible personality and is always positive but she’s also very relatable. As a mom and a woman she just gets what we are going through. She makes what could be an intimidating task feel very fluid and fun! If you’re looking for an environment that welcomes women and moms of any timeline I would definitely recommend Moms Get Fit!

The atmosphere at Pretty in Pink is what every gal needs!! I really enjoy waking up early for my 6am class with my trainer Megan and my girls. The community is inviting, fun, and the attention to detail on each rep is what I love. I had a gnarly lower back injury in Nov 2024 and I joined the gym in Jan 2025 once cleared to get back in the gym. My strength from start to now has doubled and body is teaaaaaaaaa! Definitely a place I recommend to all girlies beginner to advanced!

The owner/founder is magnetic. She is encouraging while providing real support and training. The workouts feel personally designed to achieve goals while being mindful of the stage of life whether it be postpartum or prenatal. She's truly a girls girl. I can’t say enough greats things about working with Courtney! I’ve been training with her since Dec 2023 and honestly she keeps getting better and better! In May of this year I underwent excision surgery for stage 3 deep infiltrating endometriosis and had extensive tissue removed from all around my abdomen. Courtney was there every step of the way, she trained me leading up to surgery and continuously checked in with me post-op. My pelvic floor physical therapist cleared me to start training with Courtney again at 8 weeks post-op (normally she wouldn’t clear someone until 12) but she knows Courtney and her level of expertise and felt very comfortable with me easing back into training. Courtney and I trained in person together for the first 8 weeks, she guided my movements, corrected my form and helped build my confidence back! Within about 5 months of consistently training with Courtney I was back to my pre-surgery lifts and weights! I’ve been a runner my whole life and due to the nature and extent of the surgery running has been painful and challenging since. Courtney created “return to running” drills and exercises I’ve been working on consistently and I’m happy to report I’m back to pain free running! There’s not enough words to express how grateful I am for Courtney’s guidance and support through one of the hardest seasons of my life. Rest assured you are in the best hands with her.
