Our small-group bootcamps are high-energy, strength-based workouts that deliver results without the intimidation of a big-box gym. Every session blends strength training and conditioning so you build muscle, burn fat, and leave feeling powerful.


Who It’s For: Women who thrive in a group setting but still want hands-on coaching and modifications.

    The Pretty in Pink Difference: Unlike typical bootcamps, ours aren’t just random sweat sessions. We follow a progressive program designed to make you stronger each week.

Class Schedule:

Tuesday + Thursday at 7:00am + 5:30pm
