Motherhood changes everything — but it doesn’t mean fitness has to stop. Our Mommy Movement classes are designed for moms at every stage, with safe, effective workouts you can do with your little ones by your side.


Who It’s For: Moms who want to rebuild strength, feel energized, and connect with other moms — without worrying about childcare.


What’s Included:

  • Functional strength + conditioning workouts

  • Core and pelvic floor–friendly programming

  • Welcoming space where kids can hang out while you train

  • Mom-to-mom community support

Class Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, + Friday at 10:00am

Tuesday + Thursday at 7:00am

Without Courtney I don’t think I would have truly known were to begin! Her amazing ability to be able to empathize and sympathize and not take excuses makes her fabulous at what she does!
